About Dan Cooke

Dan has worked in Hawaii real estate for the last 20 years. His experience has primarily been in new developments. He sold multiple communities for Centex in Ko Olina Resort including Ko Olina Kai, Ko Olina Hillside, and the Beach Villas at Ko Olina.

As Director of Real Estate Sales & Marketing, he spent two years in Los Angeles with Lowe Enterprises opening Terranea Resort in Rancho Palos Verdes. After his time in Southern California, he returned to Hawaii for projects with Oliver & McMillan and Kobayashi/McNaughton at Pacifica Honolulu and ONE Ala Moana respectively.

He dedicated the next five years to Howard Hughes Holdings in Kaka’ako selling multiple luxury high-rises at Ward Village. Those include A’ali’i, Ko’ula, Victoria Place, The Park Ward Village, and Kalae.

Dan is currently focused on commercial real estate at Real Select International offering professional representation in multi-family sales, M&A, and lease-assumption transactions.

Dan is pursuing CCIM Designation.
